Brown Belt Beauty :o)

Ooooh, how proud were we today??? Romy had her brown belt graduation. She had been very nervous for the past week or so because she had to do pattern 4 Sah Jang all on her own. Here she is with her lovely new belt (which looks remarkably like a black belt in a certain light, lol.) Half way to black belt now!!!
She also had to translate some Korean, demonstrate some self-defence moves, define the term "Indomitable spirit" and spar with full protective gear on.
I'm so proud of her. What she is doing is very complicated for a seven-year-old. The others in this photo are kick boxers. The little boy on the end was born at the same time as Roo. I was in hospital with his Mum!
